We’re here to help!

For specific technical help regarding one of our Nextflow workflows, you should open an issue under the relevant repository on GitHub. Find your workflow of interest on this page and open an issue. You will need a GitHub account to do this. This is the fastest and most efficient way for us to deal with your issue.

For general help regarding the use of the EPI2ME Desktop application please email support@nanoporetech.com. When sending an email please include the following information:

  • Your computer’s operation system and version (e.g. Windows 10, macOS 12.6, etc.)
  • The version of docker (or Docker Desktop) installed. (e.g. Docker Desktop 4.10.1)
  • The EPI2ME Desktop version installed. This can be found in the application Setting page. (e.g. 5.1.0)
  • Affected workflow. (e.g. wf-artic)
  • A description of the problem including any error messages, expected behaviour, and actual behaviour.
  • For command-line use of workflows the exact command issued. And the contents of any customer configuration files.
  • Application and/or workflow logs. These can be exported and saved from the EPI2ME Desktop Application where errors have occurred.
